Located at the historic Pearl Brewery, Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden occupies one of the three remaining original structures on the Pearl campus. The building was constructed in 1894 and housed the three enormous boilers which powered the adjacent brewery. Connected to the iconic smokestack, Boiler House represents a mix of historical significance and forward-thinking food and wine culture. The original boilers have been painstakingly preserved and incorporated into the design of the restaurant, as have many of the other original architectural features.
